The report provides the unit commander a one-line rollup of a Soldier's monthly pay account status making it easier to review the Soldier's pay. All available documents in the battalion S-1 or the unit PAC should be used to verify data on the UCFR (e.g. unit rosters, AAA-162 Unit Personnel Accountability Report, (eMILPO), DA Form 4187s, AWOL files, Article15 files, etc.).
