https://grat.safety.army.mil/GRAT/Ground Risk Assessment Tool (GRAT) is a mission planning tool developed to augment the military decision-making process. Consisting of five integral parts, it assists users in identifying potential hazards and controls for specified ground missions or activities, both on and off duty.
Requires a Common Access Card (CAC) and a CAC reader. Ensure your CAC is not expired and your PIN is active before attempting to log in. Must be accessed from a DoD network (NIPRNet). This site is not reachable from standard civilian internet connections.
