New Mexico Veteran State Park Discount

Free lifetime day-use and camping pass — a July 1, 2025 law replaced the old disabled-only annual pass.

Who Qualifies
All NM-resident veterans; a disability rating is no longer required.
Proof / Documentation Needed
Application plus DD-214/discharge document and proof of NM residency (driver's license, voter registration, or state tax return).
What It Covers
Day-use and camping (lifetime pass, subject to normal park stay limits).
