https://dtms.army.mil/Digital Training Management System (DTMS) provides streamlined access to the Individual Tasks, Collective Task Training and Evaluation Outlines (T&EO), Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) Standard Mission Essential Task List (METL) and Combined Arms Training Strategy (CATS) that form the building blocks for unit training and achieving readiness.
Requires a Common Access Card (CAC) and a CAC reader. Ensure your CAC is not expired and your PIN is active before attempting to log in.
