https://www.fdm.army.mil/Financial Disclosure Management (FDM) is a secure, Army electronic filing (e-filing) system for its authorized users to file and maintain required financial interest reports anywhere via a Web browser.
Requires a Common Access Card (CAC) and a CAC reader. Ensure your CAC is not expired and your PIN is active before attempting to log in.
